علت سرد نکردن آبسردکن چیست؟
هیچ چیز بدتر از بازگشت به خانه یا محیط کار و مواجه شدن با یک آبسردکن که به درستی کار نمی کند و آب گرم است، نمی باشد. آبسردکن ها وسایلی هستند که در صورت اختلال در کارکرد آنها در فصل تابستان می توانند یک روز ما را به طور کامل خراب کنند و باعث بروز احساس ناخوشایند در ما شوند، اما چه عواملی سبب می شود که آبسردکن ها به خوبی آب را خنک نکنند؟ اگر این سوال برای شما نیز پیش آمده است، پس در مقاله علت سرد نکردن آبسردکن همراه ما باشید
اشکال در اتصالات دستگاه
در قدم اول باید از اتصال بودن دستگاه به برق و روشن بودن کلید آن اطمینان حاصل شود. در آبسردکن یخچال دار یا دو کاره معمولا دستگاه دارای چراغ های led می باشد که نشان می دهد دستگاه روشن است یا خاموش. همچنین در این نوع آبسردکن ها معمولا دکمه خاموش و روشن شدن دستگاه نیز در پشت دستگاه طراحی شده است. با چک کردن این کلید و چراغ های led ابتدا از روشن بودن دستگاه اطمینان داشته باشید.
لازم به ذکر است که در آبسردکن های استیل و عمومی معمولا چراغ نشان دهنده بر روی دستگاه وجود ندارد. فقط آبسردکن های صنعتی دارای نمایشگر می باشند و آبسردکن های عمومی فاقد این قابلیت هستند. در آبسرکن های معمولی دستگاه با اتصال به برق و یا دکمه پشت آبسردکن فعال میشود.
در آبسردکن و آبگرمکن اگر دستگاه روشن نمیشود، باید از اتصالات برقی را چک کنید.
در زمان استفاده از آبسردکن بهتر است که از یک محافظ الکتریکی هم استفاده کنید. زیرا اگر ولتاژ برق محل استفاده دستگاه غیر استاندارد باشد، کمپرسور دستگاه در نتیجه قطعه اورلود غیر فعال خواهد بود. این قطعه هم برای جلوگیری از حرارت اضفی و هم برای جلوگیری از نوسانات برقی یا بار اضافی بر روی کمپرسور نصب می باشد و در موراد گفته شده فعال میشود تا کمپرسور کار نکنید و آسیب نبند.
بنابراین اگر برق محل آبسردکن ولتاژ بالا یا پایینی داشته باشد، دستگاه روشن بوده ولی آب را سرد نخواهد کرد. پس بهتر است که حتما از یک محافظ الکتریکی هم بر روی دستگاه استفاده کنید و دوشاخه دستگاه را به محافط وصل نمایید.
گرم بودن محل آبسردکن
آبسردکن را در نزدیکی وسایل گرمایشی و یا زیر تابش مستقیم نور آفتاب قرار ندهید. زیرا در این شرایط به کمپرسور بیش از حد فشار وارد شده و ممکن است خراب شود. همچنین در چنین شرایطی معمولا کمپرسور توسط رله استارت غیر فعال میگردد.
مسدود شدن مسیر گاز
اگر مسیر رفت و برگشت گاز کمپرسور مسدود شوند، آبسردکن آب را خنک نمی کند و صدایی شبیه به صدای چکه آب از آن شنیده میشود. همچنین در این شرایط موتور دستگاه به صورت یکسره کار میکند. البته در صورت خرابی نیز موتور به صورت پیوسته کار میکند ولی اصلا آب را خنک نمیکند. اگر موتور آبسردکن خراب شده باشد، لازم است که برای تعمیر آن به یک سرویس کار معتبر مراجعه کنید یا از خدمات پس از فروش دستگاه استفاده نمایید.
خرابی ترموستات
خرابی ترموستات و یا بالا بودن ولوم آن علت سرد نکردن آبسردکن است. . برای تست عملکرد ترموستات بهتر است که ابتدا درجه ترموستات را تا انتها (بر روی خنک ترین درجه) بچرخانید. در این شرایط کمپرسور باید فعال شود وگرنه ترموستات باید تعویض شود. گاهی اوقات نیز ترموستات به خوبی تنظیم نمی شود که در این مواقع می توان با مراجعه به ترموستات پشت آبسردکن، آن را تنظیم کرد. البته تمامی آبسردکن ها این قابلیت را ندارند و فقط در برخی مدل میتوان از طریق ترموستات درجه خنک بودن آب را تنظیم کرد.
